Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Build Touch, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company or organization for which you use the Service and that you accept these Terms on its behalf. Continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates to them.

2. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, Build Touch grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. This license is conditioned on your continued compliance with these Terms.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to notify your company administrator promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Access to company data within the Service is limited to authorized users based on their role within the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to access data belonging to other companies, interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, reverse engineering any part of the Service, or using the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services that you choose to connect, such as accounting, mapping, or weather providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Build Touch is not responsible for the practices of third-party services, and any data shared with them occurs only as required to deliver the functionality you enable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content provided by Build Touch, is owned by Build Touch and protected by intellectual property laws. Data you enter into the Service remains yours; you grant Build Touch the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that data in order to operate the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Build Touch does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build Touch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Build Touch’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Build Touch may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, though provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

Build Touch may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Effective date” above will be updated. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
